Pre-tan tips

Shower, shave, and exfoliate your skin 24 hours before your spray appointment.

Remove all makeup and deodorant before your appointment time.

Avoid moisturizer the day of your appointment. If you have extremely dry skin, you can apply a light moisturizer to your skin 4 hours or more before your tan. Please only apply to extremely dry areas like knees, elbows, or face.

If you have booked a mobile appointment with us, you can expect us to arrive for set up at your booked appointment time! We will need at least 5 feet of open space and 2 outlet plugs near by for our mobile set up. Many of our clients have us set up in the living/kitchen area, primary bathroom, garage, etc. We are happy to set up wherever you are most comfortable with!

During your tan

For your appointment, you can wear whatever you are most comfortable in! Females can go fully nude, wear underwear, or wear underwear & a strapless bra or swimsuit. If you plan to wear a bra or swimsuit, please wear a strapless garment to avoid any tan lines on your chest/shoulder area unless you are looking for a tan line in that area!

Male clients will need to wear underwear or shorts during their spray tan appointment.

We provide all the necessary supplies during your spray service including barrier cream, hair nets, alcohol wipes, and sticky feet! You will not need to supply anything other than an open space and 3 outlet plugs for your appointment if you have booked us for a mobile tan!

If you are pregnant, we recommend consulting with your doctor prior to any spray tan appointments. We will provide nose plugs for all pregnant clients to protect you from inhaling any overspray during the appointment! If you are pregnant and would like nose plugs, please let your artist know at the beginning of your appointment.

Post-tan care

After your spray tan, avoid wearing a bra for at least 1 hour or longer if you don't have anything planned after your tans! Bring or have loose clothes ready to put on after your spray tan has been applied. We recommend long pajamas or joggers and a hoodie!

Avoid water and sweating until after your first shower. Getting wet or sweating prior to your first shower can cause streaking or spotting on your spray! Even avoid any sweet kisses from your dog, this can leave white spots too!

Your artist will provide the appropriate time to shower after your spray tan service. Shower within an hour of this time for the best results.

For your first rinse, spend 5-6 minutes removing the bronzer from your skin. A lot of brown will rinse off in your first shower, and that is totally normal! Please wait to use soap in the shower or wash your hair until 24 hours after your tan has been applied. This allows the tan to fully develop to the color level that was discussed during your appointment time. Applying soap prior to the 24 hour mark can cause your tan to not fully darken.

Moisturize with lotion after your first  soap shower (24 hours after your appointment) and at least 1-2 times a day when your spray tan is on. This will help your tan last as long as possible! We recommend purchasing spray tan safe lotion from your artist post- appointment.

Avoid all Dial, Dove, Irish Springs, and Bath and Body Works lotions/products after your spray tan. These products cause streaking in your spray tan and can affect the longevity of your tan. 

Payment Options

Our artists will collect payment after the appointment. We accept cash, venmo, or credit card payments from the card on file.

If you choose to charge the card on file, a $2 credit card processing fee will be applied to your spray tan service. This charge is not applied if you choose to pay with Venmo or cash.

Although we require a card on file to book with us, we will NOT charge this card unless the appointment is cancelled outside the limits of our cancellation policy, or the client is a no-show to the appointment.
