shower, shave, and exfoliate 12-24 hours before your appointment, remove all makeup and deodorant prior to appointment time. Wear loose, dark clothing to your appointment and open toe shoes. Shower after the specified amount of time with a warm water only rinse for 5-6 minutes in the shower.
Put on moisturizer after you shower prior to your appointment. Wear tight clothes to your appointment. Use any Dove or Irish springs products before or after your appointment. Don’t shower, sweat, or swim prior to your first shower after your appointment.
